Hi! Ivana here! I started Bespoke Cakes By Ivana in January 2021. I started making cakes for friends and family to cheer them up during COVID Lockdowns. Since then my customer based has grown, with people travelling across the country to collect cake orders. I absolutely love making cakes for customers especially when I can personalise them, and bring some of their character into the order.

I've always found baking therapeutic and enjoyed decorating cakes. I do believe that cakes should look great, but above all else, should taste just as great! There should always be a balance of flavour profiles with sweetness. I am always looking to improve my recipes and continue to expand my recipes to be inclusive of all dietary requirements!
